http://www.quitpaxil.org offers support and information for those experiencing withdrawal from the prescription drug Paxil.
As the Boston Globe burns Cardinal Law in poetic effigy and lumps Cathedral parishioners in with such dastardly characters as ((((GASP)))) the mentally ill, Kelly Clark -- that BRILLIANT Lady in the Pew -- reminds us that truth is better than fiction.

The public speaks.
According to a Gallup Poll, Americans want a second U.N. resolution if Iraq fails the inspections.
According to my husband: "Why would we wage war with someone just because they have weapons of mass destruction when we ALSO have weapons of mass destruction?"
[Note: That comes from a man who says we should've made Japan a state of the Union after WWII.]
Kissinger and bin Laden
Could they be birds of a feather? David Morris of AlterNet says "It takes one to know one".
Whitney Houston and Drugs
In an interview with ABC News, Whitney Houston says that she prays daily for the strength to stay off drugs. Let's all keep this intention in our prayers.

A support group has formed for Catholics with Bipolar Disorder, owned by yours truly. If you are a Catholic with Bipolar Disorder, I encourage you to join this group.
The Bipolar Catholic Spirituality group is for Catholics who are interested in learning more about the spiritual aspects of living with a mental illness, particularly Bipolar Disorder. Discussion will center on traditional Catholic spirituality including, but not limited to, the Holy Scriptures; the catechism; Canon Law; and the works and lives of St. John of the Cross, St. Therese, St. Faustina, St. Catherine of Sienna, and St. Gertrude the Great. We will explore the topic of redemptive suffering particularly in hope that we can come to some conclusions about the spiritual role of the mentally ill person in the Body of Christ.
